How Stormcare Can Assists You With Insurance Claims

StormCare Roofing is on your side throughout the claims process. We can provide building and manufacturers’ installment codes to assist you with the claim.

When a storm causes damage to your home, Contact StormCare Roofing.

Leaks, missing shingles, a tree falling. Protecting your home is our top priority, we want to give you the quality service you deserve and to prevent any further damage. We offer emergency service repairs, so we’re always there when you need us most. We will inspect the area and take pictures of the damage. If necessary, we will mitigate or tarp the area to prevent any further damage to your home. So if you ever notice water leaking inside your home, blown off shingles, or cracked/broken shingles from debris falling onto your roof: contact StormCare Roofing if you notice any damage to your home.

 

In the meantime, we will help you open a claim with your insurance company. Save all the information they give you, we may need this. StormCare Roofing will wait at least 48 hours before making any follow-up call with your insurance company. The adjuster assigned to your case will contact you to schedule an appointment for their own inspection of the damage. Let us know when the appointment is, and we will be there together. We will take pictures alongside them, make sure they go onto the roof and get a good look at the damaged area.

StormCare Mitigation

StormCare Roofing is here to assist you.

For any reason the adjuster is not approving the claim you open, we will provide building codes, weather reports from that day, or pictures taken by us the day we were contacted. This process is a lot of back and forth but must be done promptly. The adjuster needs to see this information as soon as possible, so don’t wait to contact us. Once StormCare Roofing and the adjuster come to an agreement, then it's up to you, for your final approval. Then, when that is all set, we will schedule the first day and get started!

While we are hard at work, we will also take pictures of the whole process if there is anything that needs to be supplemented, building code related, we will document and make sure it’s all covered by the insurance. We then send these pictures to the adjuster. This ensures that everything on the agreed-upon estimate gets done and paid for. After all is done, we would love for you to leave us a review on Google!
